§ 301. Zoning Districts.

For the purpose of this Ordinance, all land and water areas in Arab are hereby divided into the following zoning districts:

AG	Agriculture District
R-1	Low Density Residential District
R-2	Medium Density Residential District
R-3	High Density Residential District
MHP	Manufactured Home Park District
UM	Urban Mix
O-I	Office-Institutional District
NC	Neighborhood Commercial
GB	General Business District
HD	Historic Downtown
M-1	Light Industrial District
