§ 17-1. Documents adopted.

Latest version.

The documents entitled "Construction Specifications for Sewer Systems for the City of Arab, Alabama," "Minimum Street Construction Standards for the City of Arab, Alabama," and "Quality Control Procedures for Street Construction in Subdivision—Arab, Alabama," are hereby adopted and are adopted and are in effect for all subdivision plats recorded in the office of the probate judge and located within the city limits and police jurisdiction of the city.
