§ 6-12. Assessing costs in case of frivolous or malicious complaint.

  • Whenever any person is tried on the complaint of another and is acquitted, the municipal judge may, if such judge is satisfied that the complaint is frivolous or malicious, tax the party making the same with all, or any part of, the costs, at such judge's discretion, and the same shall be collected as other costs.
