§ 6-5. Same—Compensation as fixed.

Latest version.

The annual salary of the municipal judge of the city shall be as fixed from time to time by the council, and shall be payable in 12 equal monthly installments. The salary shall not be diminished during the judge's term of office. Any general increase in the compensation of all or substantially all municipal employees shall be applied proportionately to the salary of the municipal judge.
