§ 9-2. Same—Enforcement officials.

Reference within the fire prevention code to the duties of certain officials named therein shall mean the fire chief or designated fire marshal of the city having duties corresponding to those of the named official in such code, who shall be deemed to be the responsible officials insofar as enforcing the provisions of such code are concerned.
