§ 9-8. Same—Dates of authorized sale.

(a)

All fireworks permitted to be sold as provided by the laws of the state shall be sold only from June twentieth through July fifth; and from December tenth through January second of each year.

(b)

There is hereby established an annual fee in the amount of $300.00 for the sale of fireworks during the above time period; and, payable to the office of the city clerk prior to June twentieth of each year.
