§ 3-3. Same—Punishment in case of multiple violations.

Persons in violation of any provision of this chapter on more than one documented occasion shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished for such violation by a fine not exceeding $100.00 or imprisonment in the city jail for a period not to exceed three months, or both, at the discretion of the court trying the case.
